Squeeze pouches ('Squeezies') have become indispensable in the baby food sector. They are easy to use, unbreakable, well portioned, light weight and reduce waste compared to glass jars and bottles.
Swallow-proof.
Swallow-proof closures are standard for Squeezies. With a diameter of 34 mm and a cloverleaf design, the caps meet this requirement. Individual color designs allow for variety differentiation within a uniform item design.
High recyclability.
Our spouts and closures can be used to produce recyclable mono-PP- and mono-PE-pouches. Spouts can be thermally welded (LowSealing spouts) or ultrasonically welded.
REDUCE
Lower storage and transport costs as well as significant material savings compared to bottles and canisters.
RECYCLE
As PP mono-packaging, all requirements of mechanical recycling are fulfilled: NIR detection, floating-sink process.
