RESOURCE-SAVING PACKAGING SOLUTION:
More environmental and climate protection through the careful use of natural resources is one of the top issues when it comes to flexible packaging for cosmetic products, detergents and cleaning agents, as well as soaps and shampoos. The circular economy is the most effective lever for achieving greater resource conservation and climate protection in the plastics industry in the future. With our PCR spouts and caps, we are bringing post-consumer recycled material into use and thus closing the material cycle. This not only conserves resources, but also protects our climate.
What are PCR-Spouts?
PCR-spouts are nozzles made from recycled plastics. The recycled materials used come from yellow bins, yellow bags, or other household recycling collections. PCR is made from used plastic products that have already gone through a complete life cycle.
The proportion of post-consumer recycled material in our spouts and caps is verifiably at least 90%. This offers brands that want to take responsibility a solution for resource-saving packaging.

Innovation meets responsibility
Safe, precise, and resource-efficient.
Our spouts and caps made from post-consumer materials combine resource conservation and performance for your stand-up pouches thanks to the patented wave structure as a welding base. The added benefit: high-quality appearance—even with mono-material pouches.
Spouted pouches with recycled content
Resource-efficient, attractive, and outstanding.
Together with you, we bring resource-saving packaging solutions to the shelf: spouts and caps made from post-consumer material for stand-up pouches – attractive in design and resource-saving thanks to recycled materials.
Your packaging — rethink it!
High quality, efficient, and resource-saving.
Your next generation of packaging – for pouch manufacturers looking for recycled components: our spouts and caps made from post-consumer material offer tailor-made quality for stand-up pouches – developed for perfect integration into your production line.
PCR MATERIAL IN SERIES: A PRACTICAL EXAMPLE.
Two companies, one common goal:
more resource conservation:
By switching the material used in our screws caps of series AE 003 - 17.5 mm from virgin PE to post-consumer recycled PE (PCR-PE), we have achieved greenhouse gas reductions of approx. 50%. We have thus developed a resource-saving packaging solution without compromising on the agreed quality characteristics and functionalities.

What do we mean by
future-proof packaging?
The EU Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) sets out the framework conditions for how packaging should be designed in the future. Unnecessary packaging and packaging waste should be reduced and reusable systems and recycling should be promoted. In our opinion, plastic packaging meets precisely these requirements, as plastic is more efficient than alternative materials.
MONO MUST BE THE
PACKAGING.
Monomaterial-Pouches.
Due to regulatory requirements, post-consumer recycled material cannot be used everywhere. With our low-sealing spouts, recyclable stand-up pouches can now also be produced using widely used low-temperature sealing processes.
Our patented wave structure of the sealing base protects the film and puts less strain on the sensitive monomaterial pouches. In combination with our screw caps made of PP or PE, it's a no-brainer.
