Whether for glass or plastic syringes, whether injection moulding or thermoforming, nests and tubs we manufacture meet the high requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. They offer optimum support and reliably protect your syringes during transport from the production process to delivery. The parts are manufactured in our fully automated cleanroom in accordance with DIN EN ISO Class 7 GMP Standard C with corresponding documentation – certified according to DIN EN ISO 13485. Thanks to automation, the items reach our customers safely and free of particles. 

Maximum safety

Secure processes, seamless tracking.

Our products and processes provide maximum product protection for your sensitive pharmaceutical items. The RFID labels contain complete batch information and are digitally tracked and read during all subsequent process steps. After double bagging the nests and tubs, the product passes through our ‘RFID gate’. This ensures that no items with different batch information end up in the same box. This enables us to achieve a significant increase in process reliability and simplified traceability – a real added value in strictly regulated production environments. Customers can also transfer this data from the RFID labels to their own processes when goods are received, thereby automating their own processes.

Fully automated cleanroom production.

State-of-the-art injection moulding machines with clamping forces of up to 900 tonnes and an innovative machine concept with encapsulated lubrication ensure that even large-format pharmaceutical packaging can be produced to the highest cleanliness standards. The injection-moulded parts are removed from the mould by robots, inspected by a camera and then stacked. Driverless transport systems (AGVs) transfer them autonomously and safely to the packaging machine, where they are sealed in a cleanroom bag and labelled with an RFID tag. This is followed by the prescribed double bagging process.
