On request, we can develop and produce individual protective elements that are tailored to your needs. No matter how specific your requirements for the protective element are, we can do it.
As a rule, it is not necessary to build completely new tools. In most cases, the production of special mold inserts for existing master molds is sufficient. On request, we can also manufacture your product in a special production area designed for maximum technical cleanliness. We are happy to produce design, functional and installation samples in various materials for exact testing.

In addition to the standard designs, we offer the option of having your protective equipment made in special colors and materials. We can also provide you with optimal support in the event of time constraints with our optional FastLane service.
In addition to the standard designs, you also have the option of having your plastic protective elements made in special colors and materials and even in signal colors. After prior testing, it is also possible to manufacture the resource-saving alternative in the colour “Recycling Blue”. These protective elements are made of 100% recycled plastic. This is fully in line with our company-wide PÖPPELMANN blue® initiative.

For sensitive, safety-related and functionally critical components, we manufacture our products on request in a special production area designed for the highest technical cleanliness. In this special production area regular samples are taken and particle analyses are carried out in accordance with VDA Volume 19 and ISO 16232 to ensure cleanliness.

If you have not found a suitable protective element in our standard or special program, we will develop and produce customized protective elements on request. No matter how specific your requirements may be, we always have the right solution.
With rapid prototyping, individual test samples made of different materials are available even in the early development phases. The 3D printing team makes ideas and developments quickly and inexpensively tangible. And with rapid tooling, we offer our customers a way to get the finished product faster and more economically. At the same time, risks can be minimized and product designs or product versions can be implemented more realistically.
Our team at the Tool Technology Center can manufacture new tools for you very flexibly thanks to our proprietary master tool concept. We can also offer you many special designs that we can quickly produce from existing tools on a job-order basis.
