From yesterday to today –
Success is created together

With drive, enthusiasm and a flair for new opportunities, Josef Pöppelmann founded the company in 1949. Today, the third generation is continuing the family tradition. Curiosity and innovation are still our key to growth. At the same time, we know that Sustainable success only comes from working together. For us, success is a team effort. Together we achieve great things, because everyone takes responsibility for their tasks and for a strong team spirit.

Our corporate culture:
open, down-to-earth, relaxed 

Our corporate culture is characterized by open, collegial cooperation. We are on first-name terms, greet each other with a warm, Low German „Moin“ and cultivate a friendly atmosphere. As a family-run company, we rely on trust and mutual support on the job and beyond. This close bond is reflected in an average length of service of over 14 yearshren – with an average age of just 39 years.

Make things possible instead of giving instructions

For us, leadership does not mean giving instructions, but creating opportunities. We focus on internal training, promote the further development of our employees and ensure that everyone can develop their full potential. 1,600 trainees since the company was founded and 170 current trainees are proof that we focus on long-term relationships. Many of these trainees are now working for us in positions of responsibility.
