Comprehensive performance for e-mobility protection solutions
Pöppelmann’s KAPSTO® division, the specialist in plastic solutions from Lohne, will be exhibiting at the Battery Show Europe 2026 in Stuttgart from 9 to 11 June. At Hall 1, Stand D46, trade visitors can explore solutions for protecting sensitive components in e-mobility and high-voltage applications. This includes the rapidly expanding Protectors4Connectors (P4C) programme from the K-TECH® business unit, offering readily available protection and fastening systems for electrical/electronic (E/E) components that enhance both safety and efficiency.
"Product Performance" – Tailor-Made Standard Solutions, Short Development Times
Under the guiding principle "Product Performance: PERFECT FIT. NOW.", Pöppelmann KAPSTO® showcases caps and plugs for protecting sensitive components. A large proportion of applications – from electrical interfaces to media-carrying components – can be covered by standard solutions from the plastics specialist’s extensive range. The off-the-shelf standard programme includes over 4,000 immediately available items, which also help users conserve resources: the majority of products are serially manufactured from up to 100% post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic. They meet all requirements for dimensional accuracy, functionality, and durability, while simultaneously reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
The protection solutions are designed for typical automotive-sector requirements, such as VDA-compliant connectors or low- and high-voltage components. Additionally, KAPSTO® develops customised solutions for components with special protection needs.
Pöppelmann K-TECH® demonstrates its Product Performance with Protectors4Connectors (P4C), a catalogue programme featuring over 1,500 instantly available standardised accessories for E/E components. Their design variants cover a wide range of classic use cases. The standard solutions can be quickly adapted to specific requirements – without incurring additional tooling costs.
"Speed Performance" – Shortening the Path from Idea to Product
Another key focus at the trade fair is "Speed Performance", with which Pöppelmann brings even greater speed to development and production. With Pöppelmann KAPSTO®’s 6-Day Tooling, the time from article data approval to first production samples is reduced to less than one week—if the extensive, immediately available standard range does not cover an application.

These can be filtered by technical specifications, materials, applications, industry standards, or special requirements such as high-voltage applications or VDA compliance. The platform also enables direct sample ordering and provides real-time stock availability, streamlining development steps even in early project phases.
