Our development department is divided into specialised teams for thermoforming and injection moulding. This allows us to combine expert knowledge in both manufacturing processes and develop solutions that are precisely tailored to our customers' requirements. Close coordination with the sales department and personal discussions on site result in products that prove their worth in horticultural operations.
In our own tool technology centre, we develop and produce sophisticated tools for plastics processing. We rely on state-of-the-art technologies such as 3D printing for product development. This allows functional models, components and small series to be produced in the shortest possible time – often the first prototypes are ready just a few working days after the enquiry is received.
Since 2018, we have been offering solutions for a truly circular economy. For manufacturing, we use almost exclusively materials from household recycling collections or other products that have already been used once. This results in a PCR plastic content of at least 80% of the total product. This has been scientifically proven by the Blue Angel quality seal.
