In addition, we can offer you approx. 2,000 further designs from our special program, which we can produce for you quickly and cost-effectively from existing tools to order. On request, we can develop and produce individual custom-made products for you.

Whether fuel injection systems or automotive safety systems: Pöppelmann manufactures plastic parts where even the slightest particle contamination can lead to failures under increased cleanliness requirements. With specially trained personnel, in a specially equipped clean room and with specially coordinated logistics.
The gravimetric analysis under clean room conditions confirms this: The particle load of the finished parts is less than 1 mg per 1,000 cm2 component area. The automatic typing with the stereo microscope proves compliance with the specifications with regard to the maximum particle size (reflective) of 150 microns, granules (non-reflective) of 300 microns and individual fibers of 2,000 microns.
