Since the company was founded in 1949, Pöppelmann has developed into one of the leading manufacturers in the plastics processing industry with six production sites, 700 injection moulding machines, thermoforming lines and extruders. In the three plants at our headquarters in Lohne (Lower Saxony), 2,300 employees produce innovative plastic products for the global markets in the automotive, medical, food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and horticulture industries.

has developed and produced plastic protective elements since 1957, offering around 5,000 different varieties. Some 3,000 of these are standard articles while approx. 2,000 are custom orders.

has developed and produced injection-moulded technical parts with the highest quality standards for the automotive and electrical industries as well as for machine and equipment construction since 1962. It currently has around 2,600 active products.

has developed technical functional components and packaging for the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and medical industry since 1998, offering around 1,700 different varieties.

TEKU®

has produced and developed plant and cultivation systems for commercial horticulture since 1971. Approx. 2,400 varieties of some 750 standard products are delivered.

Globally, over 2,500 people are involved in creating and marketing concrete added value "made by Pöppelmann" in our production plants in France, the USA and China, as well as in our distribution companies in Spain, the Czech Republic and England to meet the demands of customers in over 90 countries.

We distribute our approximately 12,000 products to a broad range of industrial branches. These include commercial horticulture—with plant pots and cultivation systems—but also the sectors of machine and equipment engineering, the vehicle, electrical, solar, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and medical industries, as well as companies in surface engineering and the fittings industry.

Our company, Pöppelmann Holding GmbH und Co. KG, is 100 % family-owned. The holding wholly owns the two subsidiaries: Pöppelmann GmbH & Co. KG Kunststoffwerk-Werkzeugbau and Pöppelmann Kunststoff-Technik GmbH & Co. KG. The same management team governs both the holding and the two subsidiaries. The highest supervisory body is the advisory board.
